Dismantling and cleaning of heat exchangers – a total of 8 units, where all exchangers had to be first dismantled from the building and then transported to the cleaning area, where they were completely dismantled, cleaned, inspected, followed by pressure tests (TZ) of the shell and tubes, complete assembly and again transported to the building and their installation and commissioning.
Complete cleaning was carried out on reactors R01 and R02. All openings and hatches had to be opened, and this also included the dismantling of the off-gas piping that runs from both reactors and the H01 tank to the FF01/1, 2 filters and the B01 furnace + E06 boilers. This was all high-rise work and was done with the help of a crane. It is a DN500 pipeline with a total length of approximately 200 m. This also included a technical change where part of this pipeline was made new.
Also opening and closing the port holes and lids on tanks H01-H04, E06, B01.
All pipelines, filters, tanks, etc., were transported from the site to the cleaning area and back.
We also carried out a revision of the E06 boiler, where we had to carry out a complete pressure test.
We carried out welding work (two planned – H03, LP003) and other unplanned on LM002 + production and necessary repair of steam pipes.
Replacement of fittings, cooperation with MaR, inspection of fittings (PV, RV, etc.).
